Andrew (Andy) Bayfield Senior Vice President, Canada & International
Andrew (Andy) Bayfield is the Senior Vice President of Dr Pepper Snapple Group, responsible for Canada Dry Mott's Inc. and Mott's Snapple International. Andy began his career with the organization in 1991 as a sales representative. He has also held the role of Key Account Manager, Customer Development Manager. He went to Minute Maid in 1996, and returned to CDM (Cadbury Schweppes Americas Beverages) in 1999 as the Director of National Accounts. Andy was promoted to Vice President of the Mott's Division of Cadbury Schweppes Americas Beverages in 2002. In 2006, Andy became the General Manager of Cadbury Schweppes Americas Beverages, which later became CDM and includes all our notable trademarks from our carbonated soft drinks to our healthy drinks and snacks. He was promoted to Senior Vice President responsible for the Canadian and International business in 2011.
Andy has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario. He is a board member of the Food & Consumer Products of Canada (FCPC), and is very active in his local community, coaching basketball and baseball. Andy lives with his wife and two sons in Toronto, Ontario.
Carol-Anne Gower Vice President, Marketing and Business Development
Carol-Anne Gower is Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Canada Dry Mott's Inc. (a division of Dr Pepper Snapple Group). After completing her Bachelor of Arts in Economics at the University of Western Ontario, Carol-Anne started her career in sales at Cobi Foods. She then moved to Nestlé where she began her career in marketing. Carol-Anne started at Cadbury Beverages Canada Inc. in 1993 as brand manager on Ocean Spray. In her 20 years with the organization, she has worked in Marketing, Demand Planning, and Trade Marketing. In 2000, she was promoted to Director Business Development for Cadbury Schweppes Americas Beverages, which later became Canada Dry Mott's Inc.
Carol-Anne took on the role of Vice President of Marketing and Business Development in July 2010. In this position she oversees Marketing, Business Development, Category Management, Supply Chain, Trade Planning, and Corporate Affairs. Carol-Anne is also a Board Member with the Canadian Beverage Association.
